Online Reiki 1 Workshop

Service Description

Study Reiki level 1 online and harness unlimited energy to optimise your mind, body and spirit. During your comprehensive Reiki 1 training you will receive 4 attunements that activate the flow of universal life force we call Reiki in your hands. The Training combines around 6 hours of face to face zoom learning and home study. You will learn all the benefits of Reiki and how it will reduce stress and anxiety, provide deep relaxation, and enable meditation and spiritual development. You will learn Reiki techniques including chakra balancing, Reiki for first aid, animal reiki and breathing techniques. This can be done individually or in a group and you can schedule your training call to fit within your commitments but Its recommend you complete within a month.
